I have noticed a few times when i launch my stinger in the wet or rain that it seems to kill power as the tires spin. Saftey feature? To prevent damages or idk. Car operates fluid and drives fine just when i spin the awd on lunch (in the rain) it seems to flame out.

Traction control on or off? Yea it will cut power if you don’t have it off lol.

Traction and stability control is off lmao i thought that was a givin if launch is attempted launch mode must be engaged

Curious to see the video.

Even in the rain - my car isn't powerful enough to significantly spin the tires on launch, in the rain. Seems to just get AWD traction and go - with only minor detectable slip.

I attempted 2 more times in the same area and the car seemed fine those times.... hmmmm

What is this "launch in the wet", thing? Shouldn't we be trying to maintain traction in the wet? In other words, when it's wet, hooning is right out. I'm not talking about driving fast in the wet, only experimenting/playing with LC to see what happens. What's the point?

Yea I guess your description confused me, didn’t realize you were attempting launch controls in the rain. The one time I tried that I hooked well and went but it was warm pavement + fresh tires.

Now I’ll spin all 4 wheels when it’s dry because the ecu tune I added lol.

Just caught a pole position and let her rip. Empty roa uhill wet... trying to spin all 4 .. and it pooped. But flat snd downhill just fine
