Solved Pls help identify what this bolt does

I noticed this bolt sticking out on the passenger side of engine bay. Right by the intakes.
What is that? And why is it sticking out?
I didn't try loosening or tightening.
It's pretty tight so I think it may be crossthreaded.. which is why I haven't touched it yet.
This bolt wouldn't be taken out for a bumper respray would it? I did that recently..
Hoping to see if anyone knows before I ask dealer.
Can someone confirm their bolt is fully in and not sticking out like mine? If so I'll see if I can screw it in or need to cut new threads if crossthreaded

Looks like it's there to hold the stock intake covers on, I can check after work and see if I can even see that same bolt.

I took 3 long skinny bolts out for each intake box and it came out. I never touched that bolt in question for removal.

Ok that would be good. Anyone able to confirm they also have a bolt sticking out like that ? Maybe people w sri or cai can chime in in case the stock airboxes are in the way

I have K&Ns and have that bolt. Didn’t touch it to remove the airboxes.

Cool thanks for the info. I just saw it and thought it looked odd jutting out there.
