[Solved] BMS Intake users - does this look right?

So I got the BMS intakes as part of the BMS performance package. When going to assemble the filters to the hoses, the opening for the filter seems way too small and the filter itself is massive in comparison to how it looks in the install guide and videos showing the intakes. I could not get the filter openings over the hoses. Take a look and tell me if you think I received the wrong filters. I already emailed BMS. They apparently close at 4 and don't work weekends so I'm SOL till Monday and just wanted to verify this before I proceeded with other work (like the JB4 and spark plugs).

Hmmm was this kit only cone filters? And yeah they seem slightly off..... but usually if the filter is like that (on a cheep ebay kit) there would be a spacer of sorts for the filter itself to match the Inner diameter of the intake pipe (the filter goes in the tube not on the tube for this example.)

Also random AEM bump as my kit was a nice fit.

Nope, it came as part of a package directly from BMS. Heat shield and intake tubes with hardware were included. The shields and tubes match up right but the filters don't. If someone could post a picture of their own BMS intakes for reference, that'd be great.

Got a reply from BMS. Confirmed it's the wrong size. Looks like I'll just have to wait for that HP boost and cool swoosh noise.

Already done and shipped! I was going to PM you but I didn't see an option for it.

What I really want to know is what vehicles it's supposed to go to? Lol

Those are filters for a BMW N54.
