Does anyone know if the plastic nut that centers the big under engine cover is sold separately from the cover itself? I can't seem to find just that nut? I can't seem to reinstall it after an oil change. It won't hold on to the bolt it attaches to.

Those push pins can probably be found at your local auto parts store or on amazon. I think it's a 6mm diameter. They're used all over the car. Borrow one from somewhere where under the hood.

It's not a push pin. It's a nut that secures to a bolt. But that nut does not screw or unscrew. It has to be pushed into threaded bolt.

The push pins can be found at a Kia dealer. I recently bought a few to keep in inventory in case any are……”misplaced” when the lower trays are being R&R’d.

I have access to an online IPC for 17-19 Stingers so I'll have a look tomorrow and get back to you.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Maybe? The Kia online parts catalogs are halfway decent, but certainly not great. You might be able to find them.

If nothing else, at least remember that it's just a convenience thing. It's there to temporarily hold the cover in place when reinstalling and getting the first pins/bolts installed.

I know the thing you speak of currently. I've takin the front bumper off. It's just a plastic nut. I'm unsure if mine is still there from dealership oil changes
