So I need to gap Denso plugs

In assuming they come gapped from the factory but I'm new to car mods. Do most ppl gap them themselves or are they good to go from the factory

Yes, all plugs should be gapped to 0.022" before installing. We have a nice easy to use gapping tool on our site.

It's good practice to always check that plugs are gapped properly. Even plugs that are advertised as "pre-gapped" are often slightly off due to mishandling by shipping carriers.
