Snow tires

Is it possible to use the front size tire all around if I wanted to get a set of wheels and studded Nokian tires? I could try and figure the correct offset so they track in line.

225 is the narrowest tire for an 8.5" wheel. So, yes you could run that tire at all four corners even if the rums are staggered. If your getting wheels for winter, why is this even a question? Many AWD Stingers came squared with 8" wheels and 225. Offset is 34 on that setup.
