Smoke on decel and coming to a stop

Hi guys and gals,
Ive had my stinger for almost 2 years now 3.3 2020 my21 with 50 000km the turbo seals let go not long after buying it around 40 000km and was replaced with high flow turbos.

I have all the supporting mods dynomotive turbo back exhaust, 100cell high flow cats, no secondary cats, resonators to stop drone sound, k@n intakes, mishimoto oil catch can, wagner cooler and airducts, hks spark plugs gapped to 0.022. Gfb bovs

It has a ecu tune running 23psi and tcu tune on the vehicle but the issue is it is blowing smoke on downshifts and a plume of smoke comes out when coming to a stop (very embarressing).

This only happens when the car is warm and no codes or anything on the dash. Has a small miss on idle but no smoke, but again no codes and new plugs.

Its a pretty strong smell coming from the exhaust and the tips are black. Its currently in the shop being diagnosed.

i Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you may have done to fix it. Surley cant be turbo seals again as its only been 7 months since rebuild of turbos.
