Hey guys ..you convinced me. Signed for a silly silver GT ..that's the G2 in some places..bimodal exhaust and stinger badging

Considering the paint protection ..would cost me 1000 Australian. It doesn't cover paint chips though so is it worth it?

Also considering tinting the windows to darkest...does anyone have a silver or similar they can send me a photo of with window tinting..I haven't checked the the cost of this yet...

In my research there are a few options with regards to paint protection.

That quote of $1000 did that include interior?

Rough price for ceramic protection, internal protection and window tinting I would budget $1500.

With the tinting I know there are a few options all same darkness but the cost difference changes UV protection and other stuff. Don't know too much about it but I'm happy with just the cheaper darker one since it's lifetime warranty.

The paint protection film they are quoting you sounds reasonable if that includes the whole front. And yes tinting is a must for looks and comfort but without your local rules might get pulled by cops don't know if that applies to Straaaaaalia. Congrats for your beautiful car and enjoy!

Oh by the way if your mean pain protection >> ceramic coating 1000 Australian might be too expensive, I bought Gyeon Synchro and did the ceramic coating myself, just watch youtube videos on how to and you can do it for less than 100 US dollars. But if you don't want to spend a day or 2 doing it then yes you have to take it to a detailer and pay 7 times more

Get as much protection as you can afford, PPF ceramic coat what ever you need as paint can be thin in some areas. Great colour choice and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to our stingerforum, and Congrats on your purchase, there is a wealth of Stinger ownership here , and experience at re-badging, or having PPF or Ceramic Coating applied here, as you may already know, look forward too some photos one day soon.
