My 2022 Stinger GT Line has 15k miles and makes a short 1 second grind noise right after the engine fires up. Sometimes it’ll make the grind noise and sometimes it’ll start then sputter for a few seconds. The sputter lasts for a few seconds and sounds like the engine is dying and trying to stay alive. After a few seconds it’ll just go back to normal and all I hear are the fuel injectors. I attached a link to the video of the grind noise

It only does this when cold. When engine is warm after driving it sounds fine starting it up

All I hear is the HPFPs.

Sorry to revive and old thread. Did you ever get this diagnosed or fixed? I have the exact same brief grinding noise on the same year/trim Stinger at 18k miles. Worried its chain slap or a starter.
