Anyone try these bad boys out yet? I bought a pair and plan on putting them on later this week. At first glance they appear well made. The true test of a valve is how it performs from the inside, so i'm excited to see how it handles our car. The size is about 2/3s of the HKS, so this is why I went in this direction. If I could find some Forge valves I'd definitely use those over anything.

Working on them right now... tougher than I thought!

Tools you'll need include:

10 mm socket
Extension for socket
10mm wrench
Channel locks and needle nose pliers (for hose clamps only)
Snap ring pliers (a good pair... not the $10 kind)
4' 5/32 vacuum line

You also might want to get a couple extra vacuum t connections in this same size in case you break one (I did due to extreme ambient heat in my garage. Twisted on arm right off)

Any Check engine light, i heard that for blow valves you have to get a tune because these are external and does not recirculate the air back.....

You paid 500 for blow off valve!!!! ?

Considering we need two plus the adapter, that is reasonable.

If you install a cold air intake like the K&N and hook the factory diverter valves to the new intakes you can get all the sound you'd ever want. Throw in some plugs and the LAP3 and the sound is even more intense. The K&N can be had for around $420 shipped, install is easy and you get better throttle response to boot. I was going to get BOV's but really there is no point with an intake. I'm sure having both wouldn't hurt anything either, just far more expensive with no performance gains over intake alone.

No arguing, but this just isn't true.

Recirculated BPV's are not the same as BOVs. Not in any configuration. I have intakes.. I have a tuning method. Still 1000% different.

You do not need to worry about tuning for this either. We do not have an MAF sensor so this is not a factor in A/F ratios. $500 is not bad for 2 adaptors and the valves themselves, but it is still a lot of money, yes.
