SFL stinger with aftermarket exhaust

so I live in SFL (Pembroke Pines area) and am yet to run into a single stinger with after market exhaust. Does anyone live remotely close by and have aftermarket exhaust (Magnaflow, Borla, xforce, ssr, custom, ext)? I’d love to meet up and hear what your car(s) sounds like. Trying to decide what route to take and audio samples via computer/telephone doesn’t really give a good depiction of sound. Thanks in advance!

I’m am going through the same debate myself and wish I could hear more in person to help me decide.

Unfortunately out of all the Stingers I’ve met in FL(12+) only one has exhaust and he’s not on the forum.

However it does sound much better than stock and I may do the same setup he has. Custom catless midpipe and muffler delete from Gexhaust for only $560!

Only thing bad is the drone, so I may have them add side silencers like this one I found online. Best I’ve heard so far and supposedly ZERO drone!

I'm in CFL Orlando area.. I don't have any out of car videos but I have the Ark grip exhaust on mine.. only thing with it I would change is it has a bad drone around 2500 rpm..

me running it on the strip.. was racing a drag truck so you can hear it better twords the end..

Nice run! Still hard to get true dipiction of sound from a video. I may take my chances and do the muffler delete w side silencer.

Thats no ordinary silencer/muffler. Its called helmholtz resonator/j pipe. The muffler shop need to know what they are doing. Diameter and length of the chamber (as well as position) is critical for achieving drone free sound.
Ark muffler has two helmholtz resonators in addition to muffler, one for either side yet a lot of people complain about the droning.
Something to think about.
