I believe the Seibon TS is out of stock. I'm a weight weenie and the Seibon OEM is 19.5, so the TS has to be same or lighter and all the Strictly are 26 lbs. So Seibon lighter and cheaper, but Seibon is clear coated. So if $ and weight not an issue Strictly? Easy huh?

Hey thanks for the fast reply. I got a really good price on the strictly. It’s only about $150 more installed so for about a 6 pound difference that’s not too bad. I just want to know if maintenance on it is just as easy as waxing or Using the ceramic spray wax on the carbon fiber clearcoat.

I asked Strictly Business about their carbon process on Facebook and got this response.

"...we put uv protection in the resin, others to save money use clear coat. If our CF products fade due to sun all you do is buff and polish. Saves money on clear coat."

Adro is $1500 plus $900 shipping from Tuscani importers.
Adro and Siebon OEM where my two favorite and i did the GB for the Seibon

Looks like this hood has a tiny bit of heat shielding in spots but don't we want the heat to escape?

well, it seems that seibon recommends a heat shield to stop the engine heat from damaging the clear coat. based on what I have read it stops your hood from yellowing.
