Well this is something I have not come across yet on this car. This afternoon while heading out of the neighborhood, I was driving around a long left curve at around 25 mph when it sounded like a small animal ran into the back right side of the car. I stopped and took a look. No animals or dents in the back passenger door. So I drive on and after a couple of right turns I take a left turn. That is when I heard this scraping noise. Just about every left turn I hear a scraping noise and even over some bumps. I have not tried to single out which wheel on a bump but I am sure it is the right rear wheel. I am sure I am in need of a visit to the dealership, but any thoughts on what this could be?

Your video is too short to get anything out of it. Go directly to the dealer. Describe exactly what happened. Take a tech on a ride, that is even better, before putting the car in the air. It sounds like you ran over something and it is caught in a wheel well or wedged in an undercarriage panel.

That is the thing on the noise. It is always that short, quick sound. Once, sometimes twice, and occasionally does not happen.

That sounds like inside the car. Do you still have any plastics on the bottom of the steering wheel/column? I know I hear a noise on my car and I figured it was plastic rubbing. Haven't gotten around to removing all the plastics yet.

Well problem solved. Last night, with a flash light, I was searching in the wheel well and underneath around the suspension. This morning in better light I found a 6 inch stick wedged underneath between the front and rear door.. Nothing to see here move along.

Yes, I was right. Something you ran over stuck in the undercarriage. I feel sooo smart! :P
