The 2019 and 2018 models were built exactly the same way on the same line.

Except for them finding and fixing various issues that were a problem for some of the earlier cars - such as the wiring harness recall, radios before a certain date needing full swap, paint needing a recall for certain colors, different options in different years (such as: 2019 GT1s all have all the safety stuff - IIRC, in 2018 on GT1s, they were optional), 2019 GT1s have seats WITH air cooling, 2019s have wireless charging, etc, etc..

They did not change any door, window, sunroof, etc... Practices. The things you mention were already in the 2018 MY line for other areas of the world.
Nothing about the paint changed. The same issues with paint adhesion exist on 2019 models as well. I've seen it with my own eyes. The small number of reports would not change that. The yellow was a whole different bird and it is not used anymore. No other paint recalls exist now or then.
