Review from TFL

Doesn't that mean the lower trims get the old-fashioned PRND*, and that the joy stick is the kind you click back for D and forward for RN, with a button for P?

The official KMA specifications (however accurate they might or might not be) list the "Shift-by-Cable gear selector" for all trims except the GT2, which gets the "Shift-by-Wire gear selector."

To add to the confusion, another reviewer I follow - Soyfan Bey from Redline Reviews - mentions that there is NO 360 degree camera, but, there is a 4G/LTE wireless hotspot. I don't remember reading that one on the spec sheet.

.....this is probably the last car I'm going to follow as intensely as this. It's stressful.

The fun starts at 9:23

The Straight Pipes guys are confirming 360 camera for US, but no wireless charging.

Sadly, I have much move evidence that is not correct than I do that it is.

The GT2 trim that Alex (AoA) drove had no front camera nor did it have the AVM button. Why would that be?

I have watched numerous first drive reviews and looked at photo affter photo on social media from the LA event. But so far none of the cars have had it. Even the slide deck Kia showed during its presentation only said rear view camera.

Why update this site on 14Nov2017, but leave off the 360 camera?

Maybe they can they get pics or video of a US-spec model with the 360 degree camera?

You have a point, there's mounting evidence pointing to the absence of the 360 view camera, other outlets are affirming this as well.

I'm going to start taking a glass half-full approach in assessing the US Stinger, beginning with what we (may) have versus what other markets don't have:
  • All glass infotainment screen (looks much more modern)
  • 4G/LTE hotspot
  • highest price tag....
....uh, yeah, going back to being a pessimist.
