This is at least the third thread about this in the last three days. Different article, this time, though. The conclusion is the same: the Stinger could be killed off. All based on that Korean car blog scuttlebutt. This article says that "the Stinger is stepping on the G70's toes". It's the other way around. And the G70 isn't exactly selling like a hot item.

Chalk up another victim of the COVID-19 crisis.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
And yet another new thread, here:  Kia Stinger facing the axe.

But, last paragraph says it all:
"Two years ago, Kia USA product honcho Orth Hedrick told CarBuzz that the K900 deserved to carry on because, "We're a global company and we're going to make this car anyway. I think for a lot of us it signals our competency." May the Stinger, which does the same thing but even better, be so fortunate."

Costs Kia little to homologize the K9 for the US market.

Reason why the K9/K900 exists is b/c it sells well in Korea (significantly better than what the Stinger does).
