Replacement Struts

Has anyone reached the mileage or wear requiring the struts to be replaced? If so what struts did you go with? I am not seeing a lot of aftermarket options besides coil-overs. are there any options other than OEM?

I have yet to see any aftermarket strut replacement options. I think you're stuck either buying OEM or a coilover.

Bilstein talked about making a replacement strut for us years ago and never followed through.

Now that Stinger is officially discontinued, the chances of any aftermarketeer spending the R&D to develop a replacement strut is slim to none.

This is where the trail went cold. I’m not near the area they use to test and develop, but I reached out to show interest.

Saw that from a while back. And went looking to see if I could find anything other than OEM and coil overs. But I couldn’t find anything and I guess no one here has either.

Never had coil overs. I guess I have to pick a set when the time comes
