I've had the hatch rattle, fixed it myself. The only time I went to the dealer was for an oil change (last time I'll ever do that, they completely destroyed my tow hitch mounted lic plate holder) and for the wire harness recall. Other than that, I have had no reason to bring it to the dealer. Knock on wood....maybe I've gotten lucky...
