Rear window defroster

Anyone else disappointed with the rear window defroster? It seems pretty weak on my car. Rear visibility is bad enough as it is. Or is it just mine?

hmm here in La Florida its eternal summer have not used the defroster.

Only used it a couple times but it seems to work no better or worse than any other car I've ever driven.

Hmm odd. Thanks for the input everyone. Just to be clear, it DOES work, just slower than I am used to. Maybe the defroster in my 06 WRX wagon kicked ass and I just got used to it.

You could help by using the front/internal (the button next to it) and heat up the passenger space.

I also feel that my rear window defroster work abnormally slow :S.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one, it seems to struggle to clear off the dew on a damp summer morning. I don't expect actual frost (yet to have my first winter with the car) will be any better. Anyone found any solutions to this? TIA
