Kia didn't do anything close to pricing the Stinger in the two markets in accordance with the exchange rate - don't assume that the Genesis will be either. You'll need to wait and see what the US pricing is.I'm confused on the pricing structure though. If the pricing on G70 Sport is $57,500 Cad = $43,500 US why would I buy a Stinger GT2 for $50,000?
To me the Stinger and the G70 are two entirely different types of car, and at no point did I consider cross shopping them. Price was not a deciding factor - I saw the G70 at the local auto show this Spring, and after a brief review, passed it by without another thought as that wasn't the the style or type of car I wanted. I did take a very close look at the Audi S5 Sportback as an alternative - honestly didn't like the Audi as much, and just to really push the point home it was a huge whack of cash more expensive than the Stinger ...
