I have a 2019 GTS AWD. After moving to Southern California I tend to drive it to Las Vegas or Laughlin at a higher rate of speed. There is a rattle on the passenger side. It sounds like it is coming from the pillar or maybe rear door. This only happens when I am in the 95+mph range. Any ideas?

Spray out the front brake vent, could be a rock lodged in there rattling around. Check the rocker panel is secured completely, sometimes you gotta push up on it. Take a peak at your under body panels make sure they are snug as well.

Hatch rattles are very common also, if it sounds like its coming from inside the car. I think you can make adjustments to the stoppers, but I just turn up the music.

If you think it might be interior, but it only shows up while driving, you can try rapping on different panels with your knuckles to see if anything is loose or rattles, then secure it or pad it with foam tape, etc.
