Is our range distance really this bad? I had a quarter tank left, and the range said 37 miles, I filled up and got 11.7 gallons. So this car is calculating that I get 10 mpg?? (I got ~20mpg on that tank) Also the fuel gauge itself seemed like it couldn't make up its mind and was all over too. Thanks

To be honest I have no idea how the range calculations are made. Mine is brand new and I noticed that a full tank range was in the high 200s when the dealer handed it over to me. After driving it in the highway a bit and getting close to 30 MPG my next fill up showed a range in the low 300s.

The tank is apparently 60L, I have never got more than 55L into it. So there is a little over a gallon of fuel there after you hit empty.

You have a GT1 and are getting 30 MPG?!?! how TF?

28-ish on my commute, which is 37 miles, 95% highway. Hit 30 near the end of the highway leg, but dropped down once I hit surface streets and traffic lights. Didn't notice much of a difference between eco and smart.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Best I've gotten is 29 MPG or 8.3l per 100, with shitty Canadian gas and winter tires, it is definitely possible.

Three times in three years, I have achieved 30+ MPG on a single leg of a road trip (highest was 31.5): each time, this was a leg that trended down in elevation and with no headwinds. Most of the time on a road trip, a leg (I mean between fueling stops) averages c. 25 MPG. When I gas up, at those MPG figures the Range shows either side of 350 miles. I think I saw nearly 380 on that singular occasion of 31.5 MPG, but I could be misremembering on the high side. I do know that once on here, not long ago, one of us claimed to see over 400 Range after a fill up: now, that I'd have to see to believe (not that it didn't happen: but HOW - what factors - did that happen?).
