Radio has no Sound After KIA Remote Start installed

Had KIA Factory remote start installed in my 2019 Stinger GT2 yesterday by KIA dealership. Picked up car, got a "how To" use the remote from service manager, and all worked great on way home. A day later used remote to start the car, had absolutely no sound coming through speakers on drive to work.

ANY IDEAS??

If the radio has power but no sound, the audio out or the antenna could be grounded. If there's no power, then the power could be grounded.

All functions on screen work including volume meter, apple car play features; however just no sound. With phone music and radio channels.
