I got a leak on the back side of the radiator, not sure how this debris got pass the condenser and this damage at the top must have been from the previous owner. I got this 2 years ago and l could not see this from the cover over the top. Now for the bleeding process. Fingers cross

Let me know how the bleeding goes.

I wanted to burp my system, but their process has you use a coolant vent hose located under pass side intake manifold.

Heard this is a beast of a job, but should be doable.

Kstinger.com has the process outlined, but please report back on any findings, tips/tricks.

Yeah it was a pain but I used this vacuum and at first it seemed to not get hot at idle so I ran the engine revs up and it appears to be better. But I'm going to take it for a drive to check it again. The fan comes on and the temp gauge is normal so that's a plus.

The general idea of the above is to put a vacuum on the entire system, then use that vacuum to fill. Did you run out of vacuum where it didn't end up getting full?

The system did get full using this and the gauge went to zero

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I have never seen one of those before.

I bought open of the funnels that sits on top of the radiator port and you just run the engine and squeeze the hoses and the filled funnel just lets the air out and liquid in.

Is there a difference between these? One better over the other?

I'm not sure what the difference is

Assuming no leaks, vacuum filing usually works best to ensure no air is present in the system. That's how they're filled at the factory. Imagine wasting time to burp a million cars...
