RaceChip GTS Black Initial Review

Because I ordered and paid for a gts back on the 30th Jan and am still waiting. .I haven't even got an invoice. And I only got tracking info last week after I got in touch with racechip on Facebook and the local dealer. Very useful as now I get updates on delivery delays from Germany which has nothing to do with racechip but if that's the kind of local support I get, I'd rather buy something with a better support community.

Wow, I agree. That's horrible service. On average, shipping to New Zealand takes 6 days. I will let them know and ask what went wrong.

My local dealer is the problem. He's probably good at other things but supplying Racechip's and communication is definitely not on the list. I think he ended up ordering one for me directly so that's why it's now stuck in Germany in some blizzard.. which has added to the delay. What can you do? .. order a JB4.

Lol, what a bad combinaton. I can't to much, but I'll let the responsible key account manager for this reseller know and tell him what I think about it.
