R1 or Centric or just resurface stock rotors

Hi all,

Will be swapping the pads on my GT and was wanting some feedback on if r1 or centric (or other single piece rotor) would be worthwhile upgrade, or if it was not 'worth the squeeze" for a non-tracked daily driver.

If you just resurace the rotor with stock pads, you will have the same problem down the line.

I plan on replacing with aftermarket pads.

My OEM rotors are great with aftermarket pads.

Stinger Brake Pads Replacement

I've just approached 46K km and the front pads are due for a replacement soon... The dealer quoted me a price for the front pads at $900 (offered a discount from $1,300). I haven't had any issues with the OEM Brembo pads but based on other threads, I'm looking to replace them with aftermarket...

Personally unless your oushing more power or tracking then i think the stock rotors with some afteemarket pads will be fine.
