Okay so I do not know the full story ...that much I admit...but when a company using a forum such as this to sell a product, in essence make a dollar, uses said forum to call out or belittle a forum participant, is in my opinion total BS. Make your money sell your product don’t be an a$$ to the consumer in an open forum.

Well LOL I just wasted about an hour I can never get back reading the link you posted and watching the video. First its rather apparent Tork business has great pride and has employees who are rather passionate about achieving perfection. deadlines ??? Not so much...This squabble in open forum was wack.

You missed the part where we havent tried talking to him in quite awhile ever since he decided to not go with us and he wanted to go with BTR which didnt workout for him either. Then he randomly came in and laughed at multiple posts of ours? He wasnt even a thought in our minds until he walked back in.
