I've had my stinger 2 weeks now so I'm still getting used to the layout and functions of the buttons on the steering wheel. The far left button will change the volume up/down and seems to work as it should. Move it up to get the volume gets louder/higher, push down for lower. The 2nd button over from the left seems to work the opposite. If i want to change to the next pre-set or the next song play via bluetooth on my iPhone, to move it up one I push down and when I push it up it will play the prior song or go to the lower pre-set. How does yours operate? Am I the only one that it seems to be backwards?

If I missed this discussion in a prior thread forgive me.

^^Things are somewhat backward in korea. Mine operates the same.

I find that if you have your map up and whatever music source sharing the screen the button will operate backwards. If your music source is the only thing on your screen it will operate normally. Strangest thing.

yes, this exactly. The audio has to be displayed on the nav screen to have the button work like one thinks it would.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Do you guys have the old menu software or the new? I have never had this issue, regardless.

Probably old but both our kia’s do this. When audio source is not displayed, pushing up “advances” to the next preset channel (moving down the list). It almost does make sense if you think about it.
