Hey everyone, was hoping to get some insight into the easiest way to hear some intake and BOV noise with my 2019 GT2. There are so many threads and opinions its hard to keep count. The car has plenty power for me stock (and I like my CPO warranty), but I wish I had intake and BOV noises. Whats my best, and hopefully least invasive, wait get more sound without going crazy?

Hey michaelpw97, open cone intakes will make a sweet sound alone and give you that "woosh sound" you're looking for. I suggest the Injen Intakes which can be found HERE. For a BOV, i suggest the HKS BOV Kit which can be found HERE. Both products have sound clips on Youtube so you can get an idea of the sound for yourself. Let me know if you have any further questions!

And how do those effect the cpo warranty?
Dealers from what i've seen don't ever void warranty on Intakes or BOV's. Usually, you have to worry when you touch anything to do with the computer, like a JB4 tune, or TCU tune for instance. Intakes, Catback Exhaust's, BOV, you'll be just fine. I take mine into my local Kia dealer for maintenance/oil changes and i've never had an issue. I run K&N typhoon intakes, Mishimoto Oil Catch Can, MBRP Pro Exhaust and they havent had an issue.

All you need is an intake and you'll get a nice intake noise as well as a nice BOV sound from just the factory recirculating valve. With BMS intakes at least. I'm sure other brand intakes give you those sounds as well, I just personally haven't heard them.

Go to 1:08 in this video. This is my car. The BOV sound is much cleaner sounding and pronounced in person. You can really hear the intake noises in this video though.
