Hi there,

I'm considering getting a 2019 AWD GT2 for use as my winter car (and maybe my full-time car later). I was at the local dealer to buy a new 2019 Sorento for my wife and saw the stinger in the ceramic silver color. It looked really nice and I could have walked out with the stinger too for about $42k.

I've owned a series of Audi's in the past and miss having AWD, especially in the winter. My favorite was an A6 2.7T that I modified to about 450hp. I currently drive a 485hp 2017 Charger.

Looking forward to participating in the forums...especially the tuning section!

Best,

Ritz

As a dedicated winter car the ground clearance of the Sorrento should make your decision easier.

For more than a couple of inches, I can always use my wife's Sorento or her old Sorento (2013 AWD V6) instead. :) I generally leave my Charger inside if there's even a hint of snow. Thought about just getting another Audi, but the Stinger seems to offer more value for the $$$.

Best,

Having owned both a similar Audi and a similar SRT Charger, my advice is go get your Stinger today. It's superior.

I have a Stinger and a Sorrento also. I put snow's on the Sorrento and it's unstoppable in the snow(so far), however, the Stinger is no slouch either...

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Stinger and Sorento here also. The Sorento, even with the Michelin A/s tires that came on it, is an absolute beast in the snow.

Both of the Sorentos have dedicated snows on them. Bridgestone Blizzaks on the older one and Pirelli Scorpions on the new one. I'll probably go the Scorpion route for something like the Stinger as well.
