Proper Forum Procedure to Disagree !

It has become obvious that some members feel restricted by current Forum protocols to post appropriate "languaged" communications to strongly disagree or tell a Forum member that you have strong negative feelings towards their posts . In that spirit I am proposing that we adopt a simple , yet effective and polite way of stating such feelings with the response .............
