Projects with your kids - This will be mine

Howdy,

Growing up I had several automotive rebuild projects that I got to help with(until I was told to just go inside) my Dad. My first car was a '79 280zx 2+2 with a lot of problems that I got when I was 14. I was told if I wanted a car to drive at 16 I better get to work. I drove that car for 8 years. Now that I have kids of my own that are starting to get to the age of wanting to go fast, this is going to be my project with them:

Dude that looks awesome. I don't have kids but I sort of want that. Have you priced out donor cars?

Ya a decent turbo under 150k miles is going to be like 4k. If you want to take a chance on a wrecked one from coparts you can probably get one for less.
