Has anyone tried to use it?
If so let us share our settings. What nozzle size and what PWM values are you using?
I haven't tried yet but I am very curious about this feature.
It was added in the v9 firmware but I couldn't find anyone ever mentioning about it.

For those who don't know what it is, there is not a bunch of info online either but this thread explains how to use it:
User Adjustable PWM Meth Control - N54Tech.com - International Turbo Racing Discussion

It's useful to customize if you want less meth flow for some reason, like if the nozzles are too large or fuel trims dropping negative due to a flash map. But in most cases the default mapping is suggested.

One simple thing it would allow is to adjust the amount of meth without having to swap nozzles all the time.

There are other advantages I can think of but my understanding of how map8 works isn't good enough yet to say.

If you want less meth for example then yes that is the main purpose. :)

Less or more. I was thinking of maybe getting myself a BM14 and set a duty cycle of 35%/50%/70% for when I want to flow like a BM 5/7/10.

Map8 adjusts boost based on meth flow but only on/off right? or is it a linear scaling and lowering the duty cycle will affect the boost?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I wouldn't go too big, you don't want to run into atomization issues due to low pressure.

The smaller nozzles atomize better than the larger ones, and reducing duty at the pump further hurts atomization. In most cases we suggest a single BM10 and the default settings. If there is a unique situation then there are unique solutions for them but most of time default is the way to go. :)

Map8 is a progressive map with boost mapped on flow, so it's not an "all or nothing" sort of thing. That allows it to merge well with meth flow changes.
