Primary Cat Removal

I recently removed my primary. I have the Jb4 with intakes. I was running map 2 with the jb4 just fine and when I removed the primary cats for more sound and some power but, when I give it some throttle it will go into limp mode at like 5 psi. I still have a check engine light for the 02 sensor and I was wondering if having that code for the sensor is not letting my car be able to full throttle again. I can drive the car fine until I want to give it some throttle and it will throw it into some limp mode where there is no power. I am waiting on a response from the jb4 employee's to help.
 
There are plenty of threads on here about modifying the primary cats. The car was designed with the restriction of the stock cat taken into account. You need to make further modifications and tuning to adapt to the new configuration.

The code has nothing to do with it. Normally people get a back end flash; Or work with Terry on a tune. Changing cats will require fuel and waste gate wires. You are probably over boosting and the car goes into safety mode.

The jb4 has fuel wires to adjust AFR, and wastegate wires to manage boost. With primary cat changes and larger downpipes you will need them both.
