Hi, I cannot find this answer anywhere, hoping someone can tell me...does it come with puddle lights?
Also, does it come with adaptive headlights? Meaning, they turn as you turn the wheel? My current car does that and it is really helpful when going around corners. The headlights turn first, then go back to center. This would be WITH DriveSense. Thanks!

Puddle lights is an accessory option, so you can either order it with or have the dealer add it. I believe only the GT2 comes with adaptive headlights. Hope this helps!

it does, thanks. crud. I really want to love and buy this car but some of the decisions they made just kills me. puddle lights, no big deal. but not having the adaptive headlights and the fact that the sunroof cannot 'tilt' without the sunshade being all the way open is just crazy to me. My old 2014 car (only a 20k car!) has the adaptive headlights, how could Kia pull that? The engine, the head-up display, stuff like that I can see, but come on, the Premium (with DriveSense added) should have that. Thanks, your answer helped!

When would you want your sunroof tilted, but the sunshade totally open?

What was your previous car?

That feature is not available on every vehicle. Personally I don’t want mine to do that as I’ve left a vehicle overnight with the roof tilted and shade closed and it rained. Wasn’t a good thing. I have been able to get my Optima to partially close the shade with the roof tilted but being a panoramic roof, it just kept the rear section covered.

They could do something like Tesla and give it a really dark tint to negate the heat.

There are a lot of engineering factors that go into sunroofs. Obviously preventing leakage is one -- sealing and draining. Wind noise is another. Then you have to find room for the gearing, motor and storage without increasing the height of the roof or taking space away from the interior for tall guys like me at 6'4". There are a lot of cars that don't give me enough headroom to drive the car unless I buy one without the sunroof, which is becoming "standard" on upscale models. The Stinger works for me. My G8GT had a tilting sunroof which was OK but I never used it that way -- too much wind noise....

My UK premium 2.0 has adaptive headlights, sunroof, 360 camera, HUD, heated/cooled seats etc. In fact the only things that really separate it from the V6 (only one trim of the V6 in the UK) are the engine (obviously), slighter smaller screen, different wheel design and no brembos. Other than that they are identical.

so is the UK the only place that has adaptive headlights on the 2.0 version then?
also, to answer question about sunroof, i like the airflow and i also like the look. however, someone in our family has a skin condition and having that open all the time is bad for them, not to mention the heat of the summer sun beating down.

The sunroof has a shade so no light gets in if you don't want it.

right, but i like to drive with it tilted up. so it is opened upwards. from what i am told, the stinger only does that with the sunshade all the way open. it can get quite hot in the summer sun here!

does anyone else confirm their car does NOT have the adaptive headlights?

My 2.0 has adaptive headlights. In fact, the only differences between mine and the V6 (highest trim) are wheels, engine and the diff.

@AussieBwoah, thanks...I assume you are in Australia? Wonder if it's regional? So when you turn the wheel, the headlights will swivel on their own as well?

Thanks for the clarification Jeaddi. So it seems pretty clear that they left this out of the Premium, which sucks. Should have at least been a part of the Driver Assistance pkg. My 2014 car has that standard!

A lot of additions are coming on the 2019 models. Is adaptive headlights one of them on the Premium 2.0T?

No idea but I believe I am passing on the Stinger this time around. Lease another car for 2 years, then pick up a Stinger off-lease or a 19 as the 20s come in.
