Just bought 2019 gt2 with power tilt steering wheel. It only has 1 inch verticle adjust. Is this normal? Before going to dealer.

Forgive me but i do believe that the stinger needs alot more vertical adjustment. But mine must have more than 1 inch of travel. Have you used the convenience feature that pulls the wheel away? It travels alot from my all the way down position to exit mode.

1" at the rim? Seems a mite puny. I just checked mine: and the travel (measured at the top of the rim) is a generous two inches.

Actually got out the tape measure, from floor to flat part of steering wheel all the way down 13 inches, all the way up, 131/2 inches. will go see dealer. Thank you for your input. Regards

Thank you both for your reply. For me to barely see the top of the tach/speedo I have the seat as low as it will go, then I loose the sight of the hood.

That sounds normal. I use digital speedo because my seat all the way down and wheel all the way down covers up my 50mph to 110mph range on the tachometer

At least you have the power tilt, I do not:(
Seems to be a bit more room getting in/out of gt1/gt2 with the power tilt.

Ngl I kinda wished the seat would go down a tenny tiny bit more. Same with the steering wheel. One other thing I wished the HUD would go up more. With my seat all the way down I can't even see it.

For anyone wondering. No I don't need to see my hood. It actually blocks how far out I can and furthermore is distracting. I drove many vehicles and honestly just a simple walk around and test drive I can Guage the length n positioning of my car very well if I may so

Just got my car back from dealer. They reprogrammed the steering wheel limit switch and the seat moving back on exit. Life is good. They were excellent.
My seat does not seem to move back far enough in the extended mode when the vehicle is switched off. When your car was reprogrammed did it affect (increase) the range of motion of the seat when the car was switched off?
