Polished out door/window trim/moulding

Wanted to share for those that were interested. Molding/trim was really bad. Used Meguiars Ultimate compound and got it all nice again. Pic 1 is final result, pic 2 shows all three stages (finished on top, first pass in middle, and original on the bottom). Pic 3 shows original/before state. Hope this helps some people out.

Such a common issue with these cars. I think the dark/smoked coating on the trim pieces causes these issues.

I find it odd that the part/material wasn't changed at some point by KIA due to how quick and common the issue was.

Typical Kia/Hyundai.
Poor trim quality is a problem with a lot of their models.
