Hey so I got the eibach pro kit with white link endlinks for my 2022 gt line awd 2.5T.

Had the shop near me install them. Had to go back to them because there was a rattle every time I drove.

They fixed it and now when I turn the wheel all the way to the right or all the way to the left I hear a loud noise like it’s hitting something.

Today was the worst it’s ever been and I made a sharp left and the noise was wild so I took it right to the shop and dropped it off.

Anyone have any idea what the issue could be or how I should go about making sure it’s corrected correctly?

I can tell the endlinks are what’s being rubbed on because I can see the paint stripped through the rims.

I also have new 20 inch rims on and I’m afraid it could be damaging the rim.

Any advice you can give me will help. I dropped it off so they can check it out first thing tomorrow morning. I wanna be able to check their work and make sure this shit doesn’t happen again, it’s a 4 month old car with 3k miles.

All the Swaybar mounting points & endlink connections need to be correctly torqued up.
Also it sounds like your new wheels could be rubbing, what offset are the front wheels, this could also be the issue at full lock.

how wide are those 20s? the swaybar and links should not be making contact with the wheel, but without knowing your wheel specs I can't guarantee an aftermarket rim wouldn't hit.

Make sure they lube the swaybar bushings and make sure the brackets are tightened correctly.

I've had noises because I didn't lube the bushings, and I've also heard the rattling when the endlinks weren't tightened correctly.

I would say the link is in backwards, put the link on the wrong side of the bar. Like one of the ends is on the wrong side of the bar or the strut mount?

I had issues with mine when I didn't tighten the nut on the adjustable endlink. Also make sure they are set in the same orientation as oem, I have seen them installed in the wrong orientation lol.
