I have a 2023 Kia Stinger RWD GT2 with the following mods
JB4 Performance Tuner for Kia / Hyundai / Genesis Turbo
BMS Kia Stinger / Genesis G70 3.3L V6 Performance Dual Intake
6 Denso 5346 IKH24 "1 Step" High-Performance Spark Plug
BMS Stinger/Genesis Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can
Kia Stinger 3.3T/2.0T/2.5T Dual BIG MOUTH "LIT KIT" Ram Air Intake Snorkels

I have $5,000.00 to spend for additional mods, what would be the best bang for the bucks to increase horsepower and performance?

I have an ECU and TCU available. Both would help but given you already have a JB4 the TCU would probably make a bigger difference than the ECU. But the ECU can be programmed to take advantage of any other mods you do as well.
