I stopped at Performance Kia in Moosic PA yesterday to first lay eyes on a Stinger in the metal. They have a $1500 mark-up for an in-house package that is essentially vaporware. They have two 2.0L AWD's in stock. My first impression is the car does not have the gotta-have-it factor in base form. I'll look at a RWD GT next, once I can find one nearby.

Thank you for the information. Yes, the exterior of the non-GT Stinger is tamer. I wonder what their markup would be on the twin turbo V6...

Thanks for editing my title. I went back to edit it but apparently I'm not permitted to change titles once posted. I'll keep this thread updated once they get a TT V6 in stock.

I got my Stinger GT2 AWD at Allentown Kia because they didn't have an AWD up in Scranton area, just rear drive versions. I decide to lease , after substantial down payment, because of it being such a new design and not knowing if its a great car or a lemon. Only time will tell. The did have the car marked up but got rid of that as soon as they saw I was serious about getting the car. They even sent a car up to my house to pick me up. Basically, I paid sticker price but i got what i wanted, when i wanted it. Of course leasing isn't the best way to buy a car money wise but at a certain point in life , it becomes more about being satisfied than saving a few dollars.
