I have a 2019 Kia Stinger GT2 V6. I noticed the passenger door doesn't have a center lock switch from the factory. So, I bought the window switch that has the lock button and tried to remove the passenger door panel to check the wiring connection by comparing it to the circuit diagram in the manual, I found that the passenger window switch connector has 6 wires. I connected it to the new window switch (with the center lock button) and everything works (the window goes up/down, and illuminates) except the center lock button. I am not sure if there is a relay or fuse that needs to be installed or if I have to wire it to another connector. Any suggestion will be helpful.

If your car didnt come with the passenger door lock than the ICU that controls it is probably not even there.
The door harness probably has the same wires for production reasons but they dont go anywhere.

Did you happen to find a solution? or any lead to aid in the search

Firstly trying to understand what you are talking about.

Do you mean the CENTRAL door lock not CENTER door lock?

Totally different meanings.

Center means in the middle of the car somewhere, console etc.

The next question is WHY?

The driver has control of the central door locks. Why would you want the passenger to have control of the central door locks?

Driver is in charge.
Gives children access to all door locks if in passenger seat. Why?

If it was a smart idea, the factory would have done it

Leave it alone.
