I want to give a shout to Parsons KIA and Samantha Berry in Winchester, VA! I had a very good experience with Samantha during the search of the vehicle. While negotiating the price we were chatting about the car like old friends. No pressure, felt just like I was talking to a friend, much like my communication with Tyler, who I kept abreast of my decision as he was unable to locate the car for me. Parsons staff was great to deal with, everyone I encountered was helpful and the signing process went smoothly. Everything explained in detail and when my wife was concerned about the numbers seeming off, it was also explained to her satisfaction.
The GM (can't remember her name now) was also great and pleasant to work with! She stopped by to thank us for doing business with them. In addition when we noticed the rearview mirror was loose, she checked it, went inside and came out with the correct tool and took care of the issue. I loved that! To me having a manager/leader that can step in and do work similar to others on their staff speaks volumes about her! This dealer is a hike from me but I am impressed and will be giving their service shop a try when the time comes. Great people here!
