Hey guys,
I know most of you here had great experience ordering from K8Stinger and great customer service with David. I am not questioning how they work but just want to ask your opinions and suggestions regarding this matter.
I ordered my ARK GT-F springs weeks ago (16th October) and it never arrived to me here in Brunei. Turns out USPS sent the package to wrong country (Canada).
So, I contacted USPS and they said my package was sent back to the sender and I should ask the sender and Canada Post for the error.
I tried contacting David (Sender), he said he can't do anything yet as he has not received the package and ask me to wait.
I tried contacting Canada Post and they said it's clearly USPS Fault for providing wrong custom order that is why they sent it back. And they won't ship it to Brunei as I paid the service for USPS not Canada Post.
What should I do now? Is my package considered lost? Please help me out.
