Its the "Brexit Special Edition " ......................yep, wouldn't you be so peeved if you spent $60,000- $70,000 + ( that's the average cost here ) to find that out.If they have put a stop on selling the affected cars, can the new owners sell them back to dealership ? other wise they'e stuck with a car with no nav and wifi etc.
The phone call would cost $600 ..................( not a fan of lawyers personally ! )$600 in store credit. So, basically you can get a set of Jaguar branded all-weather mats to replace options you've paid for that probably costed thousands of dollars.
Time to lawyer up.
Not here in the US. Most in this circumstance wouldn’t charge you a dime. It would all come from the manufacturer. The phone call would cost $600 ..................( not a fan of lawyers personally ! )
Thats my point of the post , major Lux brand even releasing these cars is such a PR disaster .......................unbelievable to me !!And this is how they handle something they admittedly screwed up. Can you imagine how they’d handle a significant warranty claim?
..........parasites ! ....................and I went to Law School hahahahahahaNot here in the US. Most in this circumstance wouldn’t charge you a dime. It would all come from the manufacturer.
So did I..........parasites ! ....................and I went to Law School hahahahahaha

Most fools have "teeth" missing from their "fine toothed combs"; they wouldn't recognize a problem in the first place. Most people buying a brand new car for the first time have so much tech to deal with that it takes literally months for them to encounter all the features available. By the time they start to notice, or someone tells them, something is wrong, it is too late. What a joke, such great customer service. I will say this though, anyone who doesn't go over their brand new car with a fine toothed comb before signing on the line is a fool.
I understand some things would be easy to miss, but anything big like this should have been obvious. I assume anyone who's buying a brand new Jag is going to be able to use the gps and/or phone connected to the infotainment system. Most fools have "teeth" missing from their "fine toothed combs"; they wouldn't recognize a problem in the first place. And the dealer didn't know this already? If the missing bits are "obvious", how can dealers not know about the problem? If they didn't know that's inexcusable. And if they did know and sold the cars without telling, that is much worse.I understand some things would be easy to miss, but anything big like this should have been obvious.
