'22 Stinger GT2, latest software update ...

i'd like to change the oil change reminder interval from 6k to 4.5k ...
i see no way to do it! the options are greyed out - tried with car running, car off and ignition in Aux ... still greyed out.

seems like people have been able to adjust this before - is this because new update doesnt allow it, or is it something only the dealer can change?

searched owners manual, this site, Youtube ... no luck.
thanks for any help

Must be a bug introduced by the update! I've always been able to set my own oil change reminder.

i can reset it, but thats it - other options are there, but greyed out and cant be changed ... ???

I'm maybe not understanding your question then. If you can reset it, does that mean you can start over at "0" but you have to keep the already established interval of 6K?

I just checked mine. Maybe the later model years changed? Mine shows three options, "Enable", "Adjust" and Rest". There is a checkbox on the right of "Enable": if the box is not checked, then "Adjust" and "Reset" are greyed out. When "Enable" is selected, pushing "OK" checks the box, thus enabling "Adjust" and "Reset". (Confession time: I mix up the up and down toggle and the "OK" button, thus confusing myself. Hah.)

My '22 with the small cluster display has no adjustment. The main screen just has a reset. I don't go by that anyway, I keep my own service spreadsheet.

i just checked mine again

no "enable" check box

stupid camera flash ... hard to see from crappy pic, but still greyed out

then why even show the interval and time as greyed out options? i also keep maintenance / car info in the Autosist app, but like a reminder when im getting close, so i can go buy oil and filter if i need to ...

I don't read my service interval from the NAV screen, I read it between the tachometer and speedometer. It's one of a bunch of options accessed when the car is in "P".

not on mine ...

'22 GT2 no longer has service interval as one of the options when you cycle through the steering wheel screens? It's in the screen right after psi screen.

Fair enough. My mileage works out to about once a year. Got the car last aug, did one at 1500, then another at 5500 back in June. Will likely do another next may/june at 10,5 or 11K. I try to align the oil change with the tire rotation, makes it easier.

same - working from home now equals once a year

Haven't been able to adjust my interval either. To keep it where I can remember, I'm going to change it on the 5's. Every 5000. Had it changed at 5000, will do again at 10k.
