For those who have had the OEM puddle lights installed by a KIA dealership ... what did it cost you, if you don't mind me asking.

Was quoted $180 by my dealer for install.

Edit: Went back to the dealer to have them install them and the price jumped to $540.

My dealership billed me for 3 hrs of labour. Cost is dependent on your dealership’s hourly fee for service.

It’s a big job. They have to drill holes. The labour hrs seems about right to me for the difficulty.

Quoted me $600. Seems a bit high. I know it is a difficult install. Saw the install PDF. On the fence. Have the whole kit ready. Might wait awhile for the install. But then again ... might be next week!

That is high just for the install. I'd get another quote from a different dealership. And also lookup specialty shops that specialize in custom lighting. They will be much more experienced and most likely do it for less.

Where are you located in Canada?

Puddle lights weren’t on the sticker for my GT1. We were at an impasse in the negotiations, so I asked and received a cargo mat, mud guards, and the puddle lights to be no cost options. The GT1 is at the dealer now for the installations.
