Yes, but it probably will be cheaper in the end....which is great, if you live in an area where it's available. Here it is not. Not remotely worth it to me to make a 2+ hour traffic-bogged round trip to top up the tank with E85. My first stab at a booster product has been Royal Purple Max Boost...just to permit me to run Map 2 daily. In theory this might have me up to 94+ish (92 pump is as good as it gets here), seems to be working so far. Will I gain that much from switching to Torco or Boostane at 2x cost?
Since you can add different quantities of Boostane you can choose the octane you want. So you can add just a couple oz for 94ish, or add 3-4 for 96ish and run map3 or map5.
Lastly, you can get a 32oz of Boostane Pro for about $30. That will give you 10+ tanks, or only $3 a full-up with even better performance.
