NSW Stingers meet No.2 11/03/2018

Hi all I hope this is a convenient location to view the following:

Ok this meet we have decided to take a run down Putty Road. With a stop for lunch and hopefully plenty of opportunity for some great photos. We will be meeting at the Caltex Service Station. 9 Macquarie Street, Windsor. We plan to leave from there around 9am. The finish point will be the Singleton end of Putty Road. So a big drive and hopefully a great day.
There is a mini meet at Harris Farm Markets Glendale for anyone coming from the Newcastle direction. Meet at 6:30 so we can leave by 6:45 as the drive down takes around 2 hours.
Hope to see plenty of you there

It would be nice to see Sting there to . Him being the "First of the first" I know he mentioned he had some stories for us.

That’s a shame more the merrier, maybe next time if another run is organised. I plan on doing Oberon to Goulburn soon, it is rated as a good driving road well suited to the GT.

Perfect day. The ceed gt's were out in force most impressive but Stingers, two. Better luck Stingers next time.

Because we belong to their group on facebook. They are more proactive and its open to other kia models as well.

Yes but I’m in hospital around that time for my ileostomy reversal as I had bowel cancer. Hopefully I will be out to get it. The dealer said they would deliver it but I said no as I want all the pomp and ceremony that they do when you get the car. Got to make them work for their money!

It will be one special day for you, and long overdue, waiting since OCT 2017 you deserve something extra for your patience, sorry to hear your going in to hospital, but there should be your Snow White Pearl Stinger waiting for you to finally enjoy, i will also be happy for you when you finally take delivery.

Yep copped the big C late May last year and went thru surgery to remove most of my rectum and reconnect large colon. Chemo and radio therapy for 6 months and now I am cancer free just have to get the temporary bag removed April 19 then learn how to poop again! (Sorry about the gory details) I had no symptoms or family history and it was only discovered when I had my first colonoscopy just before my 55th birthday. The Stinger is my I beat cancer present.

Pomp and ceremony? I got zero. Im sure over in the west you'll get all the trimmings, you deserve it. You getting exhaust done at the same time?
