Hey folks,

Maybe I'm old-fashioned but I don't like the blue-white color of the interior lighting. I know that's the trend and most people like it. I'm having trouble finding replacement bulbs for the interior (dome, map, and I think footwell).

Am I alone in this quest? Anyone have any experience with replacing these? Sourcing the parts?

I like the blue in the interior. There is an option to change colors from your steering wheel. I cant recall how to do so.

Don't think he's referring to the accent lighting, all the other lights give off a blue hue to them. I have all mine off when the door opens so that I can see the accent lighting better which I have set to Purple

ahhh got ya.

Yep. I kinda like the accent color. To me the dome lights at 6000k color temperature read like fluorescent light bulbs. Just not my cup of tea. Don’t suppose there are festoon bulbs hiding inside the dome lights?

While I have not opened the dome lights. I doubt you will find festoon bulbs in there. Most likely all you'll see is an LED board.

You can cover them with a yellow laminx film. These are not serviceable, nor can you swap the boards out.

This. None of the LED lighting on this vehicle - inside or out - uses "bulbs", they are chip on board modules.

Wow. Okay, that explains why I didn’t find replacements. I guess they have faith in the longevity of their LEDS.

Thanks for the information, I will look into the laminx film idea!
