2.0T No oil temp (JB4)

Hey all, while dialing in my setting for the JB4 and choosing optimal gauges I noticed that the oil temp gauge does not work. Is this normal or is there a fix? I have the base monochrome MFD so I'm not aware of any other way to get the oil temp.
